Exchange Policy
At Discountier, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Exchange Policy explains how to request an exchange for items purchased from our store.
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- We accept exchanges on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- To complete your exchange, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been damaged, worn, or altered after receiving
- Customized or personalized items
3. How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@discountier.us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
4. Exchange Process:
- Once your return is approved, you will be asked to send the item(s) back to us. We will provide you with the return address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If the item is in good condition and eligible for exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
5. Exchange for a Different Size or Color:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know, and we will check availability.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund or a store credit.
6. Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made by us.
- Replacement Shipping: Once your exchange is processed, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@discountier.us. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you with an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
8. Refunds:
- If you're unable to exchange an item, we may offer you a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
