1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
2. How to Return an Item:
- To start a return, please contact us at support@discountier.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) and instructions on where to send the items.
3. Return Shipping:
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
- If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, your refund may be refused or partially refunded.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@discountier.us.
- Provide photos of the damage or issue, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchange Process:
- If you would prefer an exchange, please refer to our Exchange Policy, where we will guide you on how to exchange an item for the correct size, color, or style.
7. Non-refundable Charges:
- Any shipping or handling fees charged during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned due to customer preference (not defective or damaged), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
